We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This policy allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client and helps support our small business. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete your service.
